Jefferson Health Plans at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia seeks a registered nurse dedicated to patient- and family-centered care. You will apply the nursing process to address the physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs of diverse patients and coordinate with care partners.

You will use evidence-based practice, educate patients and families, participate in safety and quality initiatives, and work within inter-professional teams to achieve optimal outcomes across care

Qualifications

• Nursing degree: specialized diploma required.
• BSN strongly preferred within 3 years of hire.
• RN license in Pennsylvania required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Integrates evidence-based practice with patient and family preferences.
• Identifies learning needs and provides education to patients and families.
• Minimizes risk by following nursing practices and protocols.
• Uses data to monitor outcomes and drive improvements in care quality and safety.
