Albert Einstein Medical Center is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide patient-centered care within a busy acute care environment. You will develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with patients and their families, ensuring cultural sensitivity and safety.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, education delivery, and participation in quality improvement and committees, with attention to professional growth and precepting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma is required.
• BSN strongly preferred or to be completed within 3 years of hire.
• RN license in PA and BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Integrates Evidence-Based Practice, clinical expertise, patient/family preferences and cultural beliefs for optimal healthcare delivery.
• Partners with patients/families in identifying learning needs and provides education in useful, understandable ways.
• Minimizes risk by following nursing practices and protocols; uses IT to communicate and support ethical decisions.

Formation

Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Bachelor’s Degree BSN or completion of BSN within 3 years of hire
