Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in Pennsylvania required.
• BSN strongly preferred; BSN within 3 years of hire preferred.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care approaches.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients, families and staff in a respectful and collaborative manner.
• Apply evidence-based practice and clinical expertise to patient care.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and medications.
• Ensure safety by following established nursing protocols and performance standards.
