Jefferson Health’s Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient- and family-centered care, using the nursing process to address physical, emotional, and social needs while respecting cultural beliefs.

You will collaborate with patients and families to identify learning needs, apply evidence-based practice, document outcomes, and participate in safety and quality improvement efforts; a specialized diploma is required, BSN preferred, with PA RN

Formación

• Specialized Diploma is required.
• BSN strongly preferred within 3 years of hire.
• RN license in Pennsylvania required.

Responsabilidades

• Partners with patients and families to identify learning needs and provides education.
• Minimizes risk by following nursing practices and protocols.
