OhioHealth is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care across care settings. The RN will be accountable to Ohio Board of Nursing standards and delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for assigned patients.

The position is 24 hours per week on three 8-hour shifts (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.), with no weekends, holidays, or evening shifts.

Formación

• Current Registered Nurse license from Ohio or a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to transport patients via wheelchair to radiology.
• 5 years of med surg, stepdown, ED, or ICU experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assessment/Diagnosis: initial and ongoing health status assessments for the population or individual.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning: document planned nursing interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation: evaluate responses and revise care plans as needed.
• Leadership: participate in process improvement for quality, satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Operations: maintain safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization.
