Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care to patients and families along the health-illness continuum in diverse settings. You will collaborate with the health care team and be accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing standards.

The role involves 4 x 10-hour day shifts (0500-1530), with Wednesdays off, and no nights, weekends, or holidays. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, along with participation

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• RN – Registered Nurse licensed by the Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient health status and plan.
• Identify outcomes and document nursing interventions.
• Evaluate responses to interventions and adjust care with the team.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance clinical quality and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the High Reliability Organization framework.
