Job summary

LOT Management is seeking a Part-Time Day Porter for the San Diego area. The role covers cleaning tasks, trash removal, window cleaning, and general upkeep across properties. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–10:00 am, totaling 20 hours weekly.

Ideal candidates have janitorial experience, reliability, good communication, and the ability to stand for long periods. Benefits include weekly pay, 401(k) match, and direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Janitorial experience preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Meet the physical requirements: constantly walking, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, reaching over the shoulder, lifting, and carrying.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash as needed and empty trash receptacles.
• Perform cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning cobwebs, wiping down surfaces, restroom cleaning, etc.
• Clean exterior surfaces of windows, windowsills, and doors.
• Remove and/or clean up any debris or soil, such as stickers, chewing gum, coffee spills, graffiti, etc.
• Continuously walk the property to inspect all public areas for cleanliness.
• Notify the supervisor in case there is a need for repairs.
