Careers In Nonprofits is seeking a part-time, temporary Database Management Coordinator in Chicago Loop for 21 hours a week. The role focuses on accurate entry and maintenance of constituent, membership, gift, and pledge data in Raiser's Edge, with in-person duties scheduled Wednesday to Friday, 9-5, Sept 2026 through Aug 2027.

Pay ranges $21–$25 per hour. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Raiser's Edge experience, strong data entry skills, and familiarity with gift processing,

Qualifications

• Experience with Raiser’s Edge for gift processing and data entry
• Strong attention to detail and speed in data handling
• Non-profit experience and confidentiality are preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain gift, pledge, and membership data in Raiser's Edge
• Import, download, sort, and batch gifts and pledges per procedures
• Balance and proof gifts and matching gifts
• Ensure timely entry within 1–2 days of receipt as defined by Director
