Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients upon arrival to dance studio.
• Ensure smooth studio flow before, during, and after class.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all clients.
• Build relationships with clients and foster community.
• Follow up with clients who miss class via text or email.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Promote and sell memberships and class packages.
• Educate clients on offerings, pricing, and benefits.
• Capture photo and video footage during classes.
• Create engaging content for DivaDance social media.
• Make clear announcements at the end of each class.
• Promotions and membership options.
