Qualifications

• Associate degree in cybersecurity, CS, IT or closely related field.
• 3 years of cybersecurity, systems/network administration, or IT infra support with virtualized/simulated networks.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 1 year of experience, or equivalent.
• Equivalent combination of education, industry certification, and directly relevant experience.
• Experience configuring, operating, or troubleshooting lab/range environments (VMware/Hyper‑V/Proxmox).
• Ability to design and deliver scenario-based training or exercises.

Responsibilities

• Cyber Range Administration: maintain and enhance TMCC’s cyber range infrastructure and security.
• Exercise Development: design, build, and facilitate cybersecurity tabletop exercises and simulations.
• Academic and Workforce Support: integrate range activities into coursework and outreach.
