Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Greeter to warmly welcome guests, assist with front-end tasks, and promote store programs while delivering an over-the-top customer service experience.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, organization, and reliability. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise handling, check in items, manage visitor logging, and participate in events and promotions, all while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Maintain brand standards and dress code; present professional image.
• Check in customer merchandise and vendor visits; log visitors.
• Inform customers of events, promotions and provide promotional materials.
• Keep entryway and work area clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Assist with firearm check-in procedures per SOP; never handle firearms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
