Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time Greeter to deliver exceptional customer service at the front of the store in Hermantown, MN. You will greet customers, promote programs like CLUB Membership and In-Store Pickup, and assist with merchandise check-ins and promotions.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a friendly, energetic demeanor. A High School Diploma is the minimum requirement, and the position offers typical retail benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Actively promoting programs including Club Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Modeling Bass Pro Shops brand standards through professional appearance and demeanor.
• Checks in all customers’ merchandise for return.
• Checks in all Vendor representatives, completing visitor log and badges.
• Remains aware of events and informs customers of details and promotions.
• Ensures entryway and surrounding area are clean, tidy, and safe.
• Assists facilitation of customer check-in of firearms/weapons per SOP.
• All other duties as assigned.
