Job summary

Bernick’s in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers. You will process orders, resolve invoice and service issues, coordinate pickups, and manage communications regarding orders, deliveries, and service requests.

The role requires strong phone and computer skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to travel to support various Bernick’s locations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telecommunication preferred.
• Strong phone, computer, and basic technology skills.
• Effective time management skills and can adapt quickly to change.
• Ability to multitask, trouble shoot, and remain organized in a fast paced environment.
• Travel may be required as part of the role to support various Bernick’s locations, events, or business needs.
• Team members may be required to handle, move, and work with a variety of products, including alcoholic beverages, nicotine products, pork products, and other regulated consumer goods.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit customer orders accurately and efficiently through the company ordering system.
• Review, reconcile, and resolve invoice discrepancies by coordinating with customers and the sales team.
• Answer and manage incoming customer service calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Support customer pickup activities, including order verification, coordination, and communication with warehouse personnel.
• Enter and coordinate service call requests, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up with service personnel.
