Job summary

Bernick’s is seeking part-time merchandisers to service accounts across Minnesota. You will stock shelves, rotate products, and create attractive displays in convenience stores, grocery stores, and other accounts. You’ll work with a route-based schedule that supports various Bernick’s locations.

The role requires lifting 50–100 pounds, driving capability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Prior merchandising experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting Bernick’s standards.
• Reliable, insured transportation to be used on the job.
• Ability to operate under minimal supervision.
• Regularly lift and move products weighing 50–100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location using equipment provided.
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
