Job summary

Bernick’s is seeking a part-time merchandiser to cover assigned accounts across Minnesota. You will restock, rotate, face, and remove outdated products while creating attractive in-store displays.

You’ll manage shelves, coolers, and promotions at various accounts including convenience stores and groceries. Requirements include a valid driver’s license, reliable insured transportation, ability to lift 50-100 pounds, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets Bernick’s standards.
• Reliable, insured transportation with mileage reimbursement.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision and safety awareness.
• Regularly lift and move product weighing 50-100 pounds.
• Able to bend, lift and twist while moving product.
• Communicate effectively with store associates.
• Travel may be required to support Bernick’s locations or events.
• MVR will be checked during hiring.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products.
• Rotate products in backroom and on shelves.
• Transport products between backroom and shelf using provided equipment.
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners.
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly.
