GetWireless is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for our on-site Provo, Utah location. You will enter and release customer orders, assist customers by phone, and provide updates on order status while supporting packaging and shipping tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter and release customer orders for shipment.
• Answer incoming phone calls to assist customers with placing orders or questions.
• Keep customers updated on order status.
• Assist in packaging and shipping of customer orders.
• Work on additional projects as needed.
