Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register all client/patient registrations for the county health department.
• Process WIC benefits, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and enter billing information.
• Collect payments and document them.
• Maintain records, prepare reports.
• Access Medicaid eligibility via the Oklahoma Health Care Authority website daily.
• Sort and file, answer phones, handle mail.
• Enter and verify data, correct errors.
• Verify reports for completeness and follow up on discrepancies.
• Being present at the office is an essential function.
