Job summary

Michaels in Miami (8354 S Dixie Hwy) is hiring a part-time Service Team Member to help customers, assist with product location, and provide a quick, friendly checkout experience. The role includes stocking, unloading trucks, and keeping the sales floor well-presented and in-stock.

This position may require occasional evenings and weekends. You’ll join a team focused on delivering the Michaels Brand Promise through friendly service, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for.
• Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards.
