Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and outgoing manner as they enter the store
• Handle merchandise returns and complete refund/exchange paperwork
• Sort returns by category and return to proper area
• Sell Hunting and Fishing Licenses when appropriate
• Manage incentive and reward programs
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
• Be aware of advertised sales and promotions
• Keep work area clean, neat and stocked with supplies
• Follow all company policies and procedures
