Job summary

Valley Animal Hospital, part of National Veterinary Associates, is seeking a Part-time Client Service Representative to deliver outstanding client service and support patient advocacy. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling, maintaining records, collecting payments, triage, and ensuring a welcoming lobby.

We value teamwork and a positive environment; labor hours include a Tue-Fri 1pm-6pm and rotating Saturday, with an hourly wage range of $16-$18.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational understanding of client service in a veterinary setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent telephone and client communication skills.
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and workflows is beneficial.
• Computer skills; knowledge of Vetcove is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and provide courteous, accurate information.
• Schedule appointments for a wide range of services.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records.
• Process payments and assist with check-out.
• Triage emergency patients and coordinate care as needed.

PART - TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

Valley Animal Hospital is seeking passionate and dependable individuals who are interested in client and patient services to add to our growing practice! The primary job for a Part- Time Client Service Representative is to exceed client's expectations for outstanding client service while maintaining hospital standards and positive patient advocacy.

Our CSR's daily duties include but not limited to; answering phone calls, scheduling appointments for a wide variety of services, maintaining accurate client and patient information, collecting payments, emergency patient triage, lobby upkeep, and addressing client questions or concerns.

We are looking for those who strive to make a difference in the lives of our patients, as well as our clients! Working well on a team is a must, as every department in our hospital collaborates together to ensure the client/patient experience is one of a kind. Our hospital excels on maintaining a welcoming environment where employees from every department can openly ask questions and receive support and encouragement.

Hours of Operation

Part-time candidates must have open availability to work through the week

• Mon - Fri (1pm - 6:00pm)
• Rotating Saturday (8:00am - 1:00pm)
• Closed Sundays

Hourly Wage Range: $16-$18 an hour
