The primary job for a client service Representative is to exceed client’s expectations for outstanding client service while maintaining hospital standards and positive patient advocacy.
Our CSR's daily duties include but not limited to; answering phone calls, scheduling appointments for a wide variety of services, maintaining accurate client and patient information, collecting payments, emergency patient triage, lobby upkeep, and addressing client questions or concerns.
