Job summary

National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is recruiting a part-time Client Service Representative to support pet families and clinics in our network. You will handle phones, schedule appointments, file documents, and process client invoices with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Hours range from 15 to 24 per week, with shifts Mon–Thu and alternating Fri/Sat. We offer a uniform allowance and excellent veterinary care for your own pets, plus a supportive team environment in a growing veterinary

Job Description

We are looking for a permanent part time CSR (Client Service Representative) who enjoys people AND pets. Duties include answering the phone, scheduling appointments, filing, invoicing out clients, and many other duties that involve client service. Must be friendly and engaging with customers and co-workers and have the ability to perform basic computer functions within our software system.

Hours will range between 15-24 hours. Must be available Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday , Thursday and alternating Friday and Saturday shifts.
