Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to front-end duties. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming shopping environment and assist with cash register transactions while protecting assets and delivering friendly service.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills, with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform various physical duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or similar environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and basic front-end duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to front-end support.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and assist with backroom duties as needed.
• Handle sales transactions and cash register operations, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Provide professional, friendly interactions with customers and team members.
• Support with freight receipt, stocking, and general store maintenance.
