Job summary

Regency Management Services is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to join the Ashley Furniture team in Fairless Hills, PA. This part-time role supports customers in person and over the phone, ensuring orders are processed accurately from purchase through delivery.

You will work closely with sales and office teams to keep orders moving, handle payments, schedule deliveries, and assist with showroom operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and listening skills.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong cash-handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, percentages.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately and completely into the company system.
• Process customer payments and ensure transactions are applied to the proper accounts.
• Handle cash and other forms of payment in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare daily deposits following company procedures.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions professionally and promptly.
• Schedule customer deliveries accurately and conveniently.
• Maintain open orders and communicate order and delivery updates to customers.
• Research and resolve customer questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Complete daily reports and required office tasks.
• Support showroom operations, including displays, tagging, and maintaining a customer-friendly environment.
• Work closely with sales and office team members to support an exceptional customer experience.
• Assist the Office Manager with additional responsibilities as needed.
