Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Missouri. This part-time role focuses on welcoming customers, helping them find home improvement products and services, and delivering friendly service throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform duties as needed.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and shelf organization.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
