Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Missouri to warmly welcome shoppers, help them locate products, and ensure a helpful, friendly experience throughout the store.

You’ll engage with customers, answer questions, stock shelves, process orders and deliveries, and support multiple departments as needed. This part-time role offers growth opportunities and benefits, including health options, tuition assistance, a 10% employee discount, and a company-match 401(k).

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input/access information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned
