Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Customer Service Associate who welcomes customers and helps them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs.

You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and assist with locating merchandise. The role offers part-time hours with a focus on friendly service, with diverse department opportunities and the potential to learn new trade skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months computer experience including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted, or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise (paint tint/mix, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
