Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Missouri. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience while solving home improvement needs.

You’ll work across departments, assist with locating merchandise, process orders, and participate in training to deliver outstanding service. Eligible for health, tuition, 401(k) and discount programs; strong emphasis on teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform job duties for extended periods
• Able to minimally lift 25 lbs, or more with accommodation if needed

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise (paint tinting, pipe work, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
