Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to join our Seville, OH store. You will assist with daily operations, support customers, and help with front-end duties as needed, maintaining a clean, inviting environment.

You will handle merchandise, stock shelves, and operate the cash register while preserving cash safety and customer satisfaction. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• High level of integrity is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat presentation.
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional interactions.
• Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
