Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II in West Milton, OH. You will support daily store operations, merchandise, assist customers, and rotate to front-end duties as needed.

The role emphasizes a welcoming environment, teamwork, cash handling, and maintaining store security. A high school diploma and prior retail customer service are preferred; physical ability required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent movement tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity and basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Cleaning and restocking bathrooms and keeping areas neat.
• Maintaining a positive, safe environment with customers and staff.
• Processing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining cash security and protecting assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
