You will handle inquiries, quote costs, schedule moves, and educate customers on policies, promotions, and timing, while maintaining professional communication and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; associates degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of customer service/office experience; moving industry experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with customers and build confidence in TWO MEN AND A TRUCK services.
• Input information into Movers Who Care software to estimate costs and schedule moves.
• Make recommendations based on customer needs for moving services, boxes, supplies, and equipment.
• Educate customers on terminology, policies, and procedures to ensure satisfaction and profitability.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, pricing, and promotions to address objections.
