Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to support different store areas.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and processes merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness.
• Supports store safety and loss prevention programs.
