Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience through engagement with customers
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas to support business needs
• Ring customer purchases/returns and count cash accurately
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor
• Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness
• Support safety initiatives and labor law compliance
• Other duties as assigned
