Job summary

Michaels is seeking a store team member in Salt Lake City, UT to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure quick, accurate checkout. You will participate in truck unloading, restocking, and store recovery to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock environment.

Cross-training in Custom Framing is available. Applicants should have retail or customer service experience; ability to stand long periods; flexible hours including nights and weekends; and a willingness to engage

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Cross training in Custom Framing selling and production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Enroll customers in Rewards, Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain in-stock store and conduct merchandise recovery and go-backs.
• Support SISO and AD set duties; assist shrink and safety programs.
