Responsibilities

• Provide first contact resolution and the customer interaction experience.
• Resolve customer issues at the counter with hospitality and professionalism.

• Analyze NPS results to determine causes and implement plans to improve guest satisfaction.
• Coach employees to understand customer needs and provide guidance and feedback.
• Ensure that all corporate policies and procedures are followed.
