Bass Pro Shops in Memphis, TN (Pyramid) is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Associate to greet customers, assist with purchases, process returns, and promote CLUB Membership and VOC programs. You will help customers select products and ensure a legendary experience at every visit.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and involves standing, POS use, and maintaining a neat, stocked store area. Part-time benefits include discounts and more.

Qualifications

• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and assist with buying decisions.
• Process merchandise returns and handle refunds or exchanges.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
• Maintain a clean, stocked work area and adhere to policies.
