Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and handle frequent walking, standing, and lifting with or without accommodations.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
• High level of integrity required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely per productivity standards.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness across the store, bathrooms, floors, and trash areas.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and team members.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
