The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and follow instructions. Part-time position with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
