The role requires maintaining a clean, safe store and providing friendly, professional service to customers and associates alike. The position emphasizes customer care, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and moving.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and waste areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
