Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, operate a cash register, and maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.

The role supports unloading trucks, replenishing shelves, and maintaining a safe, friendly store environment. Prior retail service experience is preferred, with emphasis on teamwork and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
