Job summary

The role involves restocking, unloading merchandise, and providing friendly service in a fast-paced retail setting. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage transactions at the cash register and maintain cash security.
• Keep the store stocked, stock replenishment, and merchandise recovery.
• Unload trucks and ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the store.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with customers and colleagues.
