Dollar Tree Stores INC is hiring a Customer Service Associate to help customers and deliver a great shopping experience.

You will assist with questions, process transactions at the register, stock shelves, unload trucks, and maintain a clean, safe store. The role requires strong communication, a friendly attitude, and a commitment to helping customers and colleagues. Join our team for a rewarding retail career. Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Mansioni

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store (bathrooms, floors, trash, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned
