Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and presentable.

Responsibilities include maintaining cash security, unloading shipments, stocking merchandise, and ensuring a clean, safe, and respectful environment for customers and teammates. This role emphasizes friendly interactions and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process transactions and operate assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Stock and replenish merchandise; unload shipments.
• Keep store clean and presentable, including restrooms.
• Other duties as assigned.
