Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

The role includes assisting customers, handling transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and upholding a safe and friendly store environment. Part-time position with opportunities for growth and varied duties across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness across the store including restrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
