Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly shopping experience at the point of sale. You will assist customers, stock shelves, and help keep the store clean and safe while following store procedures.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. You will work with a team to maintain a positive environment and uphold high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or hospitality customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform repetitive movements.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
