Family Dollar Stores Of Pennsylvania LLC in Allentown is looking for a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, maintain store cleanliness, stock merchandise, unload trucks, and help keep an orderly and safe environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Unload trucks and stock replenishment according to productivity standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and a safe, respectful environment throughout the store.
