Bougainville Flooring Super Store is seeking a Part-Time Customer Care Coordinator to join our Operations team. This role supports customers with product inquiries, scheduling pickups, and resolving issues to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is a friendly, solutions-focused communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and can manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support preferred.
• Experience in flooring, remodeling, or home improvement industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers via phone, email, or in person regarding service requests, product pickups, and general inquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate customer pickups, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.
• Schedule and call customers for delivery services to ensure smooth coordination.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions, service needs, concerns, and resolutions.
• Use knowledge of products and services to answer questions or refer inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Monitor open service requests and provide proactive communication and updates to customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service requests are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Escalate service concerns as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
