Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year customer service or cash handling experience preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Assist with routine banking needs such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
• Ensure financial transactions are accurate and compliant with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with branch operations including opening/closing procedures and currency handling.
• Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Educate customers about bank products and services to help meet their financial goals.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive branch environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
