Ecobrite Services, LLC is seeking a part-time/full-time Housekeeping Janitor to perform building services. The successful candidate will be organized, dedicated, and able to handle a variety of duties, maintaining a cleaning schedule with management.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (preferred) and experience in commercial cleaning; training on safety and proper use of cleaning chemicals is provided. Pay rate is $15.00 per hour, with shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

• Floor Maintenance: Strip, wax, buff floors; shampoo carpets; remove stains and spills.
• Specialized Cleaning: Clean high-touch surfaces; use appropriate cleaning agents; operate cleaning equipment.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow safety guidelines; complete trainings; report maintenance needs; comply with security policies.
