Job summary

Ecobrite Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Janitor to perform building services. The successful candidate will be highly organized and able to handle multiple duties, working with management to maintain an effective cleaning schedule.

Responsibilities include general cleaning, floor maintenance, specialized cleaning, and strict safety/compliance adherence. Candidates must be 18+ and able to clear federal and DMV background checks. Pay ranges from $13.00 to $14.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in commercial or institutional cleaning is an asset.

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and sanitize surfaces.
• Floor Maintenance: Strip, wax, and buff floors; shampoo carpets.
• Specialized Cleaning: Follow protocols for sensitive areas; clean high-touch surfaces.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow safety guidelines; report maintenance needs.
